			<p><strong>Payments</strong></p>
			<p>All trainings and programs in the Quantum Academy, sold on JulieRenee.com and with Julie Renee privately are non-refundable. Whether you sign up for the one-time payment or the monthly payments; the class participants are responsible for the entire tuition regardless of whether the participant attends all or only a portion of the class agenda. By signing this document, you agree to these terms.</p>
			<p><strong>Intellectual Property Rights</strong></p>
			<p>Under these Terms, Gable Kennedy, Inc. and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website to include, charts, slides, audio, video, quantum pump techniques and other processes which are both unique and proprietary and not for distribution beyond the class participant. Great time and effort have gone into the materials and Gable Kennedy, Inc. is their rightful owner.</p>
			<p><strong>Restrictions</strong></p>
			<p>Gable Kennedy, Inc. specifically restricts you from all of the following:</p>
			<ul>
				<li>publishing any material in any media; to include, charts, slides, audio, video, quantum pump techniques and other processes.</li>
                <li>selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any material;</li>
                <li>publicly performing and/or showing any material outside of class;</li>
                <li>using this website/ materials contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the website, or to any person or business entity;</li>
                <li>engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this website;</li>
                <li>using this website to engage in any advertising or marketing.</li>
			</ul>
			<p>Areas of the Website are restricted from by you, and Gable Kennedy, Inc. may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, with absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain and remain confidentiality at all times.</p>
			<p><strong>Refunds</strong></p>
			<p>Gable Kennedy, Inc. takes pride in the quality of our products and services. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below and we will be happy to refund your money on the following products and services.</p>

				<li>There are no refunds for mp3 downloads, meditations, and home study courses.</li>
                <li>There are no refunds for the VIP programs including the VIP 12-week program, Year of Miracles, Apprentice year-long program, and Growing Together year-long program.</li>
                <li>For the Quantum Healing Programs at $197, and all live programs ranging from $99 to $997 you must complete the entire course. If you do not receive the promised result, Gable Kennedy will refund 50% of the purchase price. A refund will be issued after the customer makes a request in writing to: <a href="mailto:support@julierenee.com">Support@JulieRenee.com</a>.</li>

			<p><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong></p>
			<p><strong>Appointment cancellation policy:</strong> In order for the most people to be able to benefit from the limited number of hours Julie Renee has available each week for your quantum activation sessions, please make it your highest priority to keep the appointment. <strong>If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of the actual time.</strong> For example, a 9 am Friday appointment must be rescheduled by 9 am Wednesday. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session fee for the appointment. There is no rescheduling for 10 or 15 minute sessions.</p>
			<p><strong>Medical Disclaimer</strong></p>
